Subscription prices may be discounted at certain times. You may either be notified by email or acquire a discount code. If prices do change, any existing subscription will not be refunded/charged. Prices may occasionally also increase – again the subscription you are registered to will not change.
If my subscription expires, do I lose my saved data and statistics?

Questions on this website are provided by qualified dentists and content has been verified by colleagues. Some questions have been taken from a book, which is credited as follows: Biyani, Prateek. Single Best Answer Questions for Dentistry © 2021 by John Wiley and Sons Limited.
Some scenarios have been provided by Dental Training Consultants. Other questions have been created separate to this publication with the same level of quality.
Can I send feedback or queries regarding a question?
Of course! We understand that some questions may have errors or be overlooked as evidence changes, so please do contact us if you notice anything and we will do our best to help.
Can I reset my performance data?
Yes – please contact us with your details and we can reset your data for you.

After this, you will drop to a free account until your membership is resumed. You can manage pause and resume through your SUBSCRIPTIONS page in the MEMBERSHIP area.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course! Flexibility is a key pillar of ExamineDental and, though we hope you would want to stay, we understand you may want to cancel your subscription. Click MEMBERSHIP. Head over to the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab and click CANCEL next to the subscription you want to cancel. You will still have access to all paid features until your next billing date. You can always resubscribe in the future when you want access to the resources again!
How do I get CPD on ExamineDental?
When you complete certain quizzes, provided you achieve the pass mark of 80%, you will notice a download link for your certificate at the end of the quiz.

Please note that OSCE and interview scenario activities do not provide CPD as these activities cannot be assessed. CPD is also only available for paid subscribers.
My details are missing/wrong on my certificate – what do I do?
The details visible on your certificate are the ones filled out in your account details. If these are wrong, first go to the MEMBERSHIP page in the left-hand menu, and then PROFILE, and ensure these details are filled in correctly.
This includes your GDC number that you may not have filled in when you first registered.
If you have any other questions, please contact us.

How can I pay for my subscription?
You can pay directly on the website using a credit/debit card. If you have any issues with payments, please contact us.

Yes, based on feedback we felt this was the best method of subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew based on the time periods and rates currently applied to your account. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and your paid subscription will be active until your next billing date. After this point, you will drop to a Free Access account and can renew your paid membership at any time. This gives the greatest flexibility.
Is payment secure?
Payments on ExamineDental are safe and secure.
We utilise Stripe for our payments framework and, therefore, all data transmitted is encrypted. We do not store any card details following a transaction. Additionally, the website runs on an SSL system providing added security. This is demonstrated by the website address having ‘https://’ in front of it or a padlock in the address bar.
My card is not working – why?
This may be due to incorrect card/account details being entered. Please check this first and retry. If your card is repeatedly declined, please contact your bank as they may sometimes block certain websites. If you are still not managing to pay, please contact us.
Why haven’t I received an invoice or confirmation?
Please always check your junk/spam folder first as emails may be filtered there. Ensure that the email address you entered for your account is correct. You can also access your invoices by clicking MEMBERSHIP and then PAYMENTS. You can download your invoices as PDFs here.
If there are any further issues, please contact us.
